From Part-Time Hustle to Full-Time Fun
What began as a little side project soon blossomed into something much larger. I decided to leave my job to pursue a creative dream and started studying design at university. I also began renting out a sweet cart to friends and local events — just for fun, honestly.
There wasn’t a big business plan — just a love for colour, design, and how sweets can connect people. That little cart ended up being the beginning of something I never saw coming.
Design, Printing, and a Love for Colour
During my time studying design, I found myself intrigued by the world of printing. This curiosity eventually led me to explore horticulture, which further enriched my passion for colours, textures, and presentation.
I began to notice connections all around me — in the arrangement of flowers, the printing on packaging, and the way displays can influence people’s feelings. Whether it was a tub of popcorn or a branded sweet bag, I noticed how design could make even the simplest things shine.
That’s when the excitement began — not just with sweets and snacks, but with crafting branded experiences that are joyful, thoughtful, and visually striking.
Sweets, Snacks and Events With Personality
Today, this is so much more than just a hiring service. I’ve created a business that focusses on branded sweet carts, popcorn machines, candy floss carts, and custom packaging for corporate events, exhibitions, and office parties.
Everything is approached with a design-focused mindset — from color-coordinated sweets to custom vinyl branding and matching bags or tubs. I collaborate with each client to ensure everything looks and feels perfect for their event.
Still Small, Still Personal
I’m still involved in every booking. I pick out the sweets, get the packaging ready, create the layouts, and frequently deliver and set up the carts myself. This is a business founded on care, creativity, and colour — and I approach every event as if it were my own.
